Never Can Say Goodbye

At the end of the script for issue #15 of Sound Waves, Rhapsody comments that she wasn't ready for things to be over.

Well, apparently, that makes two of us.

I'm rewriting the end of #15 now.  Sound Waves will continue past that point.

I had originally scrapped a story involving the Loch Ness Monster.  I know, the series is set in California.  But a thought hit me, and the story was workable.  Then, while working on my art, I was listening to my soundtrack for Astal, and an idea for another story hit.  And I had one that I was going to use as a sort of sequel, taking place about eight years after the original series ended.... know what?  Forget about that.  I'm not done with these characters yet.  I enjoy them too much.  A little reworking is all it will take, and the series will go on.  How much longer?  I don't know.  I only have basic directions for the stories so far, I'll begin filling them out later.  Suffice it to say, though, that I think all of them will be multi-parters.  So this is really going to add to the number of issues.

But disregard what I wrote previously.  Originally, the series was going to end at 15.  That is no longer the case.  So those of you following the stories of swim buddies Rhapsody and Melody, there's more where that came from....
