The other day, I made a post about Tim Seeley, creator of Hack/Slash, Tweeting that he has paid off the production debt for Hack/Slash while it was at Devil's Due Publishing.  I wondered what was going on.

Now, here's the rest of the story.

When Seeley told Josh Blaylock exactly where to suck him on the dick, he also took on the money that was owed the artists, colorists, everybody who wasn't getting paid by DDP.

What's so significant about this is that this was NOT part of the deal for leaving DDP.  Seeley VOLUNTEERED to take on the debt and pay them back himself, something he absolutely did not have to do.  He could have just taken the property and that was it.

Instead, he stood with the others and is making things right for them.

So, if you see him at a con, show him some love.  Meanwhile, I'm going to open a new wing in the Peter G Hall Of Great People.  Seeley's exhibit will be right between Jeff Smith's and Tom Stillwell's.  And remember, there's always room for one more.
