Let's suppose you are out and about one day. Just minding your own business, interacting with the world.
And, as you go, you see this....
...a guy dressed like a ninja, holding a sword, and standing behind a sign that says, "Fight me." Once your brain stops processing the Twilight Zone nature of this, what do you do?
Some poor shmuck decides to try and fight him, completely forgetting his pop culture knowledge of ninjas. I say this because, as soon as he tries, dozens of other ninjas emerge from hiding and zerg rush him.
Lest you think this is just some random nutcase who's been following the Phoenix Jones saga too closely (not an unreasonable assumption, given how weird the world is getting), this is actually a bit of public performance art from Improv In Toronto. They uploaded a clip to YouTube of all sorts of ninja action like something out of Trigger Happy TV (the British one, the one that was actually funny). There are several bits. The first one is what I just described.
You have to be careful out there. You could be hurt. Or, even worse, become the star of a viral video.
