It's a video of Rick Santorum calling Obama a "snob" for wanting everyone to have a college education.
I would like to point out that Santorum has three degrees of his own.
So, "being smart enough to earn a degree" is off the list. We still have good odds on "family connections" and "straight cash payoff."
