The subject is mooning. There has recently been debate about whether or not mooning constitutes indecent exposure or is protected as Freedom Of Expression by the First Amendment. Should you, hypothetically, decide to moon someone, are you in legal trouble?
Our findings are rather conclusive in that it depends on the personality of the officer charged with dealing with you. For example, if your butt is quite nice, like a Channing Tatum or a Jessica Alba, and the officer concurs with this assessment, you not only will only be told that isn't nice, but you may get a commendation for public improvements. If your butt is normal but the circumstances are right and the officer has a sense of humor, he may tell you you shouldn't have done that while slapping you on the back and telling the complainants to lighten up. If your butt is not nice, however, like a Jim Belushi or a Rosie O'Donnell, or the mooning is taking place at something the officer feels strongly about, you are looking at getting pinched for public indecency.
...what are you looking at me for? I didn't do nothing. I just know stuff.
