So, I've been on a day-long tear, working on my art for my next Doctor Whooves fanfic and jamming to Boston. Suddenly, I get a message from someone who has read the Doctor Whooves fan comic, Night Of The Living Doll, that ran on Bleeding Cool. Said person wants to purchase the cover and maybe a page or two. Offered a rather generous price given that it's an unauthorized fan comic.
Here's the thing -- while I don't know what I'm going to do with most of my original art before they tuck me away in my box, the Doctor Whooves stuff is different. I have already promised each and every page to one particular person. When I do the final comic, whenever that is, I will then turn over all pages him, all practice pages, all covers, everything. I promised him this when I started drawing the first one.
So I appreciate the interest, but no. Those pages will never be for sale unless he decides that that is what he is ultimately going to do with them. Sorry.
