Naturally, players have been screaming about the bugs and demanding a fix. Warner Bros. Montreal, the developer, has issued a response.
TL;DR -- go fuck yourselves.
"The team is currently working hard on the upcoming story DLC, and there currently are no plans for releasing another patch to address the issues that have been reported on the forums. If we do move forward with creating a new patch, it will try to address the progression-blocking bugs for players, not the minor glitches that do not prevent one from continuing gameplay. The issues that are not progression blockers will unfortunately no longer be addressed. We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused for some of you, and want to thank you for having been patient."
Notice the word "If" in that second sentence. They don't even know if they will revisit this later once the current work is done.
In other words, you've spent $60 on a game that doesn't work, and they won't fix it, but they'll be happy to sell you some DLC that may or may not be playable with the broken software.
And then they wonder why people are not buying games like they used to.
