And Now For Something Completely Different

I just got done with an argument with an atheist taking issue with my delight in the death of Fred Phelps.

He says that, as a Christian, I should be mourning the loss of a human life and praying Phelps found understanding and peace with God and made it into Heaven.

An atheist is lecturing me about how a Christian should behave.

Ever get the feeling the universe is pranking you?

As an Atheist, I find that in many cases Christians need to be lectured as to how they should behave, as most Christians do not behave as they themselves preach.

That having been said, in the case of Fred Phelps, good riddance.

BTW, as a Christian you don't need to mourn the loss of someone who died naturally. After all, that is just "God taking them home" to the eternal afterlife. It was "his time to go". The shell is dead but the spirit lives on. (I bet you thought I didn't pay attention at memorial services) And if I'm wrong about God and you are right...May Fred Phelp's spirit suffer for his deeds.
