M$ Is Daring Us, And We May Have No Choice But To Fight

A quick buzz on the net has revealed something:

The M$ Store tool Reflector uses GPL'ed code and does not disclose it or make the code available.  It's from Codeplex.  So, will Codeplex allow a separate license to M$?  Or, is this a low-risk way to test the GPL and any M$ defenses in court?
